Sovereignty means that God is in all and over all.

Psalm 24:1 A Psalm of David: “The earth is the LORD'S, and the fullness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.”

Jesus said "WHO DO YOU SAY THAT I AM?"

Matthew 16:16-17 “And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God. And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven.”

Let us be a zealous about serving the one and only God.

1 John 2:14 The Word of God abides in us
Psalm 119:105 Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.

Psalm 48:14 God will be our guide even unto death.
Psalm 19:1 The heavens declare the glory of God;
1 Timothy 6:17 The living God, who giveth us richly all things to enjoy;

1 Timothy 4:10 The living God, who is the Saviour of all men,
1 Timothy 3:15 The living God, the pillar and ground of the truth.
Hosea 1:10 We are the sons of the living God.
1 John 5:20 His Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life.

1 Thessalonians 5:23 The very God of peace sanctify you wholly;
Acts 9:31 The comfort of the Holy Ghost.
Romans 1:23 The incorruptible God
Isaiah 40:28 The everlasting God, the LORD, the Creator
Habakkuk 3:19 The LORD God is my strength,
Exodus 3:14 And God said unto Moses, I AM THAT I AM:

Ephesians 1:3 “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ:”

Here we see some of the attributes of our Father God, the quality, the character, the affectionate Saviour that He is!! The singularity of Him as a God.

The I am that I am as in Exodus 3:14. The One, and the only true God of our Universe, the Alpha and Omega, the omnipotent God.

He certainly is all of that, and all that the Scriptures say He is, and more.
I have no doubt in my mind that there is one God and only one true God.

What a wonderful God that He is, that we serve, He is a God we can put our trust in, learn to have patience with, He is not a hard God, but a God of Love, and care. A God of patience, a God who strives with man.

Our Father God renews His mercies every morning, as in Lamentations 3:23, also His mercies are tender towards us.

He will do things His way, for us, when we have the faith to believe He will do it.

We all know He can do it, but it is when we have faith to believe He will do it, that is what makes the difference.

He is not a God that He should lie; every word that He has spoken to us in our Holy Bible is truth, and by knowing the truth, then it shall make us free.

Our righteousness (our right standing with Him), James 5:16 and our prayers move Him to appease us, that is to grant or have what is demanded by a need or desire to satisfy.

Luke 18:7 “And shall not God avenge his own elect, which cry day and night unto him, though He bear long with them?”

God is a Jealous God and He protects those who are righteous, as in Nahum 1:2 Deuteronomy 32:35 Psalm 94:1, Romans 12:19. What a Mighty God we serve!!!

Holman Bible Dictionary says; Scripture often affirms that all power belongs to God (Psalm. 147:5), that all things are possible for God (Luke 1:37; 19:26), and that God's power exceeds what humans can ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). For Scripture, God's omnipotence is not a matter of abstract speculation but a force to be reckoned with. God's power is revealed in God's creating and sustaining the universe
