God’s Answer For Troubled Children

Pro 22:6

Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.

Pro 22:15

Foolishness [is] bound in the heart of a child; [but] the rod of correction shall drive it far from him.

Pro 23:13

Withhold not correction from the child: for [if] thou beatest him with the rod, he shall not die.

Training our children God’s way is so important, more important than most things in this life, more important than owning our home, and that of a great importance, owning a car, and that is very important, or whatever we desire to own, training our children in the way they should go, is paramount important.

Training and bringing up our children, and grandchildren on God’s Word, is exceptionally important.

God gave us His Word, the Holy Bible, with laws, with how to behave, how to get things done, in every aspect of our life, and they are all for our benefit, so we can have a peaceful life./t is so sad that parents cannot belt a child today, due to the laws that have been made, and we as Christians have held their peace on it.

Pro 29:15

The rod and reproof give wisdom: but a child left [to himself] bringeth his mother to shame.

Training a child in the way God has designed to bring up a child, stops that child from bringing shame to his or her Mother./t is not only important to bring up a child religiously, but religion on its own, is not enough, we have to get our children to learn, and to recite Scripture.

A child will not die if the rod of correction is used, and it is so sad that there is so much rebellion against God’s plan in bringing up children.

Today a parent has to find other ways to chastise their children, and even then, parents have to be careful in how the chastisement is carried out..

It is so sad today, that in every aspect of life, God is left out of so much of our life, that He, God wants to be included in, and His idea of a good life, is ignored.

How many Christians do not know God and His plan for them, due to not knowing the Word of God, or even having been brought up on wrong doctrine.

We wonder why our children behave in the way they do, we wonder why they are not little angels, well, how many leave their children to be child minded by the TV or on the Internet without supervision.

What is going into our children’s mind, our grandchildren’s mind, and what goes in, will come out, even if not straight away, but sometime in the future.

Train up a child in the way he should go, so letting the unsupervised TV, or computer train our children with wrong ideas, is that the way we want them to go, and for them to be trained for the future.

I can remember many things of my childhood, and if I had of been more grounded in the Scriptures, what a difference that would make to me now, and through my life, my life would have been different.

God says; My people perish, for lack of knowledge. I was grounded in Religion, with some Scriptures, and if I was grounded in Scriptures as I was in religion, it would have made a difference to my life.

Hsa 4:6

My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.

Pro 29:18

Where [there is] no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy [is] he.

If we do not know the law, how can we keep it, and many say; we are not under law, but under grace. Jesus also said He did not come to do away with the law but to fulfil the law.

The more we know what God says to us in His Word, the more we get to know God, and His ways for us.

Mat 5:17

Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.

Gal 6:2

Bear ye one another's burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ.

Jam 2:8

If ye fulfil the royal law according to the scripture, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself, ye do well:

These verses prove to me, we still have a law to fulfil.

We still have the ten commandments to keep, and they were given under the law, so we still have laws to keep.

Do you know, that if we have love, that is the Love of Christ, then grace will abound, and the laws, they will not be so heavy a burden on us. When we have Love, the laws will just melt away, for our love for each other will out-way the laws. When we walk in Love we will do all or most things that God desires of us to do, but when we move outside His Love, then we come under God’s laws, and then they become our rod of correction.

We Are What We Think.

"For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he." (Proverbs 23:7)

What we do and say begins with what we think and believe. In the pursuit of perfect health, it's important to remember that the mind greatly influences the body and spirit. The human mind is a complex and wonderful "machine," sometimes referred to as the most powerful computer ever built. Like computers, we can process, store, and share information. And like computers, the information we put out is only as good as the data we put in: Garbage in, garbage out.

This topic is similar to what Jordan Rubin recently sent out in his email.

Seed-time and harvest, doesn’t this touch every area of our life; What we sow we shall reap, not might reap, but will reap!!

If we put value time into our family, then we shall reap, togetherness, unity in the home, and if we build our family on the Word of God, then we will build our family on a solid Rock, and that is Jesus Christ.

Gal 6:7

Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.

Gal 6:9

And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.

Isa 26:3

Thou wilt keep [him] in perfect peace, [whose] mind [is] stayed [on thee]: because he trusteth in thee.

We forget, that what we do today, and how we think today, catches up with us in the future, and many times in the near future.

I remember when I used to listen to Rex Humbard on the radio, and even though, I do not remember exactly what he said, as I am going back 50 years, but I remember the topic spoken, and here it is;

Day by day we can forge a chain, and the more we forge it, the harder it is in later life to break it. Rex Humbard also told the story of a King, who had chains made, and they were strong and unbreakable, then one day for some reason he found himself being put in these chains, and there was no escape for him.

We are blessed today, even if we have made chains in our mind or in our actions they can be broken by the sacrifice of Jesus. If anyone of us are in this situation, then this is the year to make a turn around, and not only say; I am cleansed by Jesus Blood, but let us put it into practice.

We as Christians hang onto the legal side of what Jesus Christ has done and is doing, but most are not getting into the practical side of what Jesus has done.

We as humans, take the easy way out, and especially us as Christians, and we do have the power to do better, and to think better than most of us do.

Jesus said what we think, that is what we are.
