Holiness

Isa 6:3 And one cried unto another, and said, Holy, holy, holy, [is] the LORD of hosts: the whole earth [is] full of his glory. Isa 6:4 And the posts of the door moved at the voice of him that cried, and the house was filled with smoke. Isa 6:5 Then said I, Woe [is] me! for I am undone; because I [am] a man of unclean lips, and I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips: for mine eyes have seen the King, the LORD of hosts.

To be Holy, we have died to ourselves, we have died with Jesus!!

To see me, is to see Jesus, to see you is to see Jesus, now have we come to this place in Jesus, that is to be like Him in every way, and our total trust is in Him!! No fear, no hate, no insecurity, but a total trust in God.

He is the vine, we are the branches, so we should be growing in Him, growing in God’s Word.

Being Holy, is keeping the Ten Commandments, and doing everything we can to make God happy with us.

Is Jesus shining through us? I remember the time I was at a counter, and I could feel the shine of Jesus coming through my face, and the attendant looked at me with a look of wonder, now why doesn’t that still happen to me, have I got so complacent, in my walk with Jesus, I think so, and I am doing something about it.

Rom 8:29 For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate [to be] conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.

To be Holy, we have to conform to God’s Son, Jesus Christ. We who are God’s people, we have to be conscious of where we are in Him, and ready to do a turn around, if necessary.

Most, if not all of Jesus' twelve disciples, ended up suffering a painful death.

Are we willing to die in this way for Christ? Whatever way satan has for us, so our testimony will be true, and someone will be won over for Christ out of the kingdom of darkness.

A Chinese man I heard about recently, had both his legs cut off, so he could not run away from a Chinese prison, until God gave him back his legs, and he escaped from the prison.

This is Holiness, holy given over to God, for God to use us in whatever way He wants.

None of us want to suffer, but to be a Christian, we are to be willing.

How many of us have put ourselves into the hands of God so He can mold us like the potter and the clay. What are we allowing God to do in our life, are we allowing God to work in us. Are we hungering and thirsting after God? If not then why not?

2Ch 20:21 And when he had consulted with the people, he appointed singers unto the LORD, and that should praise the beauty of holiness, as they went out before the army, and to say, Praise the LORD; for his mercy [endureth] for ever.

Psa 138:2 I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy lovingkindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name.

The just shall live by faith

Eph 5:21 Submitting yourselves one to another in the fear of God.

1Pe 1:19 But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot:

Eph 5:26 That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word,

Eph 5:27 That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.
