Planting your future harvest

What we sow into our life today, we certainly will reap in our life sometime in the future, and what we have sown in the past, we are reaping today, and there is no greater truths than this.

We only have to look at a farmer, if he sows good seed, he will reap a fruitful crop, which will bring in a profitable harvest , but if he sows bad seed, say something like a weed seed, then he will reap a weed harvest, with no profit.

If we are in difficulties today, it is because of our actions, and, or our words, of yesterday

If we have lived in lust, (lust means an unruly desire for things) deception, anger, blasphemy, then our life is unfruitful, and if we want to improve ourselves, then we have to put off these, to receive the blessings God has for us.

If we have accepted Jesus as our Lord and Saviour into our life, then we have accepted His Word, into our life, and God’s Word produces.

Colossians 3:8  But now ye also put off all these; anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy communication out of your mouth.

Colossians 3:10 and have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him:

Colossians 3:16 Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.

I have found that Christians can really get upset when someone shares with them, that which is of Christ, and His Word, which will really be of a help to them.

It would seem that what we have learnt from our religion sticks to us, whether it be a right or a wrong teaching, and it would seem that many do not want to grow in the Word of God.

I, myself have grown further to what my religion taught me, and I have been going on for greater things in life, and what God has for me both in health, and prosperity.

I love sharing the Word, when some one is sick, or are in financial need, but how many really want to follow what someone else has learnt from, and about, what the Word of God will do for them, and their family.

When I left the main line church, I have gone on from there, and I want to go on further with God, and His Word.

Colossians 3:12-17  Put on therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering; 13 forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any: even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye. 14 And above all these things put on charity, which is the bond of perfectness. 15 And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful.17 And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him.

Our words are a large part of our seeds, whether they be negative or positive, they are some of our seeds for our harvest. Our words can be weeds or they can be a productive plant

Speaking out loud God’s Word about prosperity will bring in a harvest, sharing the Word of God with others, will help bring in a harvest, not only souls, but prosperity, and we will have our needs met.

God always honours His Word, whether it be spoken out for Salvation to others, or spoken out in a productive way.

God’s Word is always productive, and the only way it is not productive is when we are not making an effort to bring our life into line with God’s Word.

Shalom Ivan
