When
I was a little boy I never thought that I would see the year 1990, let alone 2000,
2001, 2005, etc. But here we are and man is it ever exciting to think about all
of the possibilities that lay before us.
There are mountains to take, souls to be won, people with
various problems, addictions and disorders to be set free. I am
convinced that the Wind of the Holy Spirit is blowing fresh and that Father
desires to bring His Body into a New Wave of the Spirit.
Each
New Year signifies the beginning of new things. Maybe you have spent
the past few years just wishing that Father would use you. Well, this is the
year to break out and scream to Father, "USE ME" to touch
the lives of hurting and oppressed people.
Why
not let this become the year that you Do a New thing for God, Sing a New
Song, Dance a New dance, Tell the "Old, Old Story in a fresh New
way, and begin a Brand New Prayer Life.
After all according to II
Corinthians 5:17-21 Therefore, if anyone is in
Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things
have become new. Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to
Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation, that
is, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not imputing their
trespasses to them, and has committed to us the word of reconciliation. Now
then, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were pleading through us: we
implore you on Christ's behalf, be reconciled to God. 21- For He made Him
who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God
in Him.
We
are New People in Christ. Isn't it about time that we as New Creatures in
Christ opened our hearts to the New things that Father has for us?
May
God Bless you abundantly in this new year and may you all look to be about doing
New things for the Kingdom (The Kings Domain).
