A YEAR OF NEWNESS:

I
was driving around doing some errands on Saturday the 28th and I knew that I
would be preaching the next day. So I began to ask the Lord to give me a fresh
Word for the next morning. It was while I was stopped at a traffic light that
the Lord spoke to my heart. I had just bought a new pair of Cowboy Boots and
the Lord said, "Those are new right?" And in my heart I responded,
yes Lord. Then He spoke to my heart and gave me this Word for this New Year. "It is going to be a year of newness for
my Body!"
Some
of you have suffered and struggled under the old, long enough. The Lord says,
"Come into my newness and be set free!"
Here
are the new things that He placed in my heart for this New Year.
#1.
It will be a year of NEW BEGINNINGS!
#2.
This will begin a New Day.
#3.
Begin to SING a NEW SONG!
#4.
He is giving a New Heart!
A.
A heart for the lost
B.
A heart for the hurting and oppressed.
C.
A heart for the MOVE OF HIS SPIRIT!
#5.
He will place a New RHEMA WORD IN YOUR HEART for this New Year!
#6.
A new time of Gods Favor on His people.
#7.
A YEAR OF NEW REST!!!
#8.
New ministries will spring forth this year. Are you ready?
#9.
There will arise a new sense of urgency for our day and all generations.
#10.
There will come forth a new passion for Jesus and His Kingdom.
#11.
There will come forth a new and greater WARFARE TYPE of Praise and Worship.
#12.
There is coming New Wine. A fresh release of the Holy Spirit on the Church!
#13.
A knew Garment will fall upon the Church.
Isa 61:3
3 To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for
ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of
heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of
the LORD, that he might be glorified.

He will give us a new Threshing Instrument.
Isa
41:15-16
15 Behold, I will make thee a new sharp threshing instrument having teeth:
thou shalt thresh the mountains, and beat them small, and shalt make the hills
as chaff.
16 Thou
shalt fan them, and the wind shall carry them away, and the whirlwind shall
scatter them: and thou shalt rejoice in the LORD, and shalt glory in the Holy
One of Israel.

He will do a New Thing. God has been doing the same thing since time began.
Bringing mankind to Himself. But He is about to release a fresh New Anointing
that will sanctify our imaginations and give us New ways of reaching the lost
and ministering to various people groups.
#16.
He will give us New Tongues of Righteousness. Tongues that are guided and
directed by the Holy Spirit. But it will require that we yield ourselves to Him
in a greater measure than ever before.
#17.
We will begin to live the New Creature Life Style to it's fullest this year!
