WE ARE SAVED IN OUR SIN,

TO COME OUT OF OUR SIN

WHO WILL NOT INHERIT THE KINGDOM OF GOD?

1. "Shall NOT inherit the kingdom of God"

I Corinthians 6:9 Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God."

2. "Shall NOT inherit the kingdom of God."

Galatians 5:19 Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are [these]; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told [you] in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.

3. "Hath any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God."

Eph 5:3-5 "But fornication, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not be once named among you, as becometh saints; Neither filthiness, nor foolish talking, nor jesting, which are not convenient: but rather giving of thanks. For this ye know, that no whoremonger, nor unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, hath any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God."

4. "Shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone"

Revelation 21:8 "But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.

5. "WHOSOEVER LOOKETH ON A WOMAN"

Mt:5:28: But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart.

6. DO NOT GET THE 'TREE OF LIFE'

Revelation 22:14 Blessed [are] they that do his commandments that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city. For without [are] dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.

7. "YOUR RIGHTEOUSNESS SHALL EXCEED"

Mt:5:20: For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven.

8. THE REWARDS FOR UNRIGHTEOUSNESS. "whatsoever a man soweth"

Gal:6:7: Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.

9. "ACCORDING TO THEIR WORKS"

Revelation 20:12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is [the book] of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.

10. "MY RIGHTEOUSNESS" "going about to establish their own righteousness"

Rom:10:3: For they being ignorant of God's righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God.

11. NOT HAVING MY OWN RIGHTEOUSNESS

Phil:3:9: And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith:

12. RIGHTEOUSNESS IS A FREE GIFT

"they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness"

 

Rom: 5:17: For if by one man's offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ. "By the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life"

 

Rom: 5:18: Therefore as by the offence of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life.

13. JESUS IS THE END OF THE LAW OF RIGHTEOUSNESS

"end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth"

Rom 10:4 "For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth."

Rom 3:25 "Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;"

Gal 2:21 "I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain."

16. HOW DOES GOD DEAL WITH OUR UNRIGHTEOUSNESS?

"I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins"

Heb:8:12: For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more.

17. "ACCORDING TO HIS MERCY HE SAVED US"

Ti:3:5: Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost;

18. BLESSED IS THE MAN TO WHOM GOD IMPUTETH RIGHTEOUSNESS WITHOUT WORKS.

Rom:4:6: Even as David also describeth the blessedness of the man, unto whom God imputeth righteousness without works.

19. IT IS BY JESUS' RIGHTEOUSNESS, NOT OURS THAT GOD LOOKS AT.

"Gentiles, which followed not after righteousness, have attained to righteousness"

Rom:9:30: What shall we say then? That the Gentiles, which followed not after righteousness, have attained to righteousness, even the righteousness which is of faith.

20. "HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS"

Rom:3:26: To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus.

21. SEEK GOD'S RIGHTEOUSNESS! - "HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS!"

Mt:6:33: But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

22. "WE MIGHT BE MADE THE RIGHTEOUSNESS OF GOD IN HIM."

2Cor:5:21: For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.

23. "THE JUST SHALL LIVE BY FAITH"

Rom:1:17: For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.

24. THE BOOK OF LIFE - "GO INTO PERDITION"

Rv:17:8: The beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition: and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is.

25. "WAS CAST INTO THE LAKE OF FIRE"

Revelation 20:15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

26. "IN NO WISE ENTER INTO"

Rv:21:27: And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb's book of life.

27. "NOT IN 'THE BOOK OF LIFE OF THE LAMB'"

Rv:13:8: And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.

28. THOSE WHO'S NAMES ARE IN THE BOOK OF LIFE

Phil:4:3: And I intreat thee also, true yokefellow, help those women which laboured with me in the gospel, with Clement also, and with other my fellow labourers, whose names are in the book of life.

29. "I WILL NOT BLOT HIS NAME OUT OF THE BOOK OF LIFE"

Rv 3:5 "He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels.

30. GOD BLESSES US BY NOT COUNTING OUR SINS AGAINST US.

"it was imputed unto him for righteousness"

Jms:2:23: And the scripture was fulfilled which saith, Abraham believed God, and it was imputed unto him for righteousness: and he was called the Friend of God.

31. "THE LORD WILL NOT IMPUTE SIN"

Rom:4:8: Blessed is the man to whom the Lord will not impute sin.

 

1 John 1:9 "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."

32. "I CAME NOT TO CALL THE RIGHTEOUS"

Lk:5:32: I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.

33. ATTAINING GOD'S RIGHTEOUSNESS

"power to become the sons of God"
