He turns his head and sees you. Then with a whinny he and two others gallop over to you.
Your heart in your throat as they approuch so quickly you were almost afraid they would run you over.
You weren't so sure that the dark brown and white one wouldn't. He looked so spirited and strong!
They adruptly stop barely acouple feet away from you snorting.
A tan and white stallion faces you straight on, his head turned to the side eyeing you. You realise that they are all studying you.
Swallowing abit nervously, You greet them saying your name and who you have met so far. The dark brown stallion bows his head alightly,
"I am Celidi'Keleb, you have met my mother Celi and my brother. I trust their judgement...but we still had to be sure you could be trusted."
The black and white pinto smiles slightly, "I am Ma'tri'Zzala. Welcome to our meadow have you been here long?"
You smile saying your name and that no you hadn't been in the meadow long. You weren't sure why they felt they had to trust you to be there, but you didn't ask.
Through all the chatting with them the tan stallion just watches you. You get the feeling that unlike the others he didn't trust you, nor did he want you to be there.
You smile trying to be friendly and ask what his name is. He snorts slightly, but answers you. "I am Faillan'Ma, Forgotten Heart in your tongue."
He looks at Ma'Tri'Zzala. "My Brother may trust you and welcome you, but I do not." He turns icily away from you. "I'd like you to leave."
You are speechless and hurt by his words. That wasn't fair you hadn't done anything wrong.
Ma'Tri'Zzala and Celidi'Keleb look shocked, but unsurprised by Faillan'Ma's behavior. They smile apologetically at you.
Ma'tri'Zzala says quietly, "Perhaps you should go on and meet the ladies over there." He points to a trail leading through some really tall grasses.
He and Celidi look like they really wanted you to stay and talk longer, but it was clear that Faillan'Ma wouldn't allow it.
You wave and say good bye sadly you had wanted to talk to them more too.
