America is blessed

 

Lord America is so very blessed

In every way it is so rich and free,

We have everything yet we are ungrateful

Yet, look at the countries that would like to be.

 

I love America because it is my home

I have never known another one,

I don’t care to live anywhere else

I want to be here when my life is done.

 

Thank you Lord for America and freedom

Thank you Lord for everything,

Thank you Lord for family and friends

Thank you Lord for letting freedom ring.

 

Lord as I look around and see your beauty

The trees and flowers and everything,

And to know that you created it all

And no one flower' or leaf is the same.

 

You made the colors that blossom each season

The red, the yellow, the brown, the green,

Trees turn their golden color and then fall

Most beautiful sight I have ever seen.

 

I like the springtime because it is so pretty

And I Love Autumn when leaves turn and fall,

Oh, You can see the hand of the master

I stand in awe at the matchless beauty of it all.
