Lord give me neither poverty or wealth
Give me only what I need today,
Otherwise I may have too much
And I might forget to pray.

Give me Lord my daily bread
My everything depends on you,
Keep falsehoods far from my lips
You get the glory whatever I do.

I never want to shame you Lord
In anything I do or say,
I only want to please you Lord
As I live from day to day.

Help me share all that I have
When I see someone in need,
Help me always think of others
Let me not be accused of greed.

Nothing will happen to me today
That God and I can't handle together,
For He's by my side leading me
And He'll take care of me forever.
