On the ground floor will be a large family-style restaurant with a large menu, and a Christian nightclub featuring Christian contemporary music and several large-screen TVs around the perimeter of the nightclub which will have a dance floor and serve non-alcoholic beer and wine and fruit and vegetable drinks and smoothies and snacks. The seating in the nightclub will be comfortable leather couches and chairs. Also on the ground floor will be a very well-stocked Catholic and Christian bookstore selling Catholic literature and other items and Christian literature and Bibles.

On the second floor will be the actual church area with a large, roomy sanctuary and a seating area filled with comfortable couches so that the congregation feels that they're in the Lord's house, and not a bus station. The sanctuary will be dominated by a large crucifix that is a real work of art by a contemporary artist, and the walls will also feature the best works of religious art that we can find. Instead of kneelers, there will be placed in front of each couch large pillows.

On the third floor will be a spiritual library with works chosen from both Catholic and Protestant writers, including apologetical works. This library will not be a lending library, but there will be ample room for sitting and reading at large tables or in comfortable chairs.

On the third floor will be the Castle/Cathedral's office space. From this floor will be administered all of its ministries, businesses, and good works. It will become the Headquarters of the One World Government United Domains Of Heaven And Earth And One World Religion Catholic And Protestant Christianity which I founded on May 4th, 2005, the 27th birthday of My beloved Daughter Tanya Faith in order to beat to the punch the Illuminati, the Bilderbergers, the Council on Foreign Relations, the Trilateral Commission, and the New Agers who want to set up their own totalitarian New World Order as the One World Government with the New Age Movement as their One World Religion for the Antichrist waiting in the wings.On the fourth floor will be several meeting rooms for the use of the members, and the church's groups. In 1984, I set up a home church and started ministering through it right after being ordained by Bishop C. David Luther as an Orthodox Catholic priest. The church issue is really simple. You or anyone can start a church.
Churches are automatically exempt from the payment of federal income tax on their contributions and passive investment income. (See Internal Revenue Code Sections 501(c)(3) and 508(a)). Your church doesn't have to be incorporated but you should have at least three members, and these three members can be your family and/or friends.
Once your church is organized, it can ordain and hire a pastor who can be you. The pastor can receive compensation, which is specifically excludeable from gross income under Internal Revenue Code Section 107. Furthermore, the pastor can receive paid professional expenses.
Anyone can donate up to 50 percent of their adjusted gross income and take a corresponding deduction on their tax return. The Internal Revenue Service does not require a church to register with it, but a church must get an Employer ID Number if it wishes to maintain a domestic bank account. You are eligible to use Our Employer ID Number if you charter your church through the Heavenly Government, the United Domains Of Heaven.
In fact, the Employer ID Number will be printed right on your United Domains Of Heaven Church Certificate Of Charter. Your church should have regular board of director meetings and the board must approve all expenditures. It is also recommended that you have a monthly newsletter and that you advertise your meetings locally.
The minister you ordain can perform the sacraments of your church such as weddings, etc. Your church can own property and vehicles for the furtherance of its religious purpose. For example, many churches not only own buildings for religious worship but they also own religious retreat centers. Most of this property is also exempt from property tax under state law.
Most states also allow sales tax exemption to churches. Under Internal Revenue Code Section 7611, the IRS is required to follow special audit procedures when they audit a church. It has been my experience that they make a great deal of mistakes in their procedures. The IRS has a 14-point plan printed below that they use to determine if a church really is a church. Are online churches legal and are we? How about the other sites?
You hear those questions asked often. Is Saint Michael's Church legal and are our sacraments legal? For most Catholic and Protestant churches the answer is yes to both questions. It is important that your congregation know your authority and your ability to preach, perform the sacraments and grant the authority of your church to your seekers. How do you know if your church, local or online, is a true church and has the right to ordain and do the other things that pastors and churches do? Let's look at the IRS guidelines of church organization. They created 14 points, or guidelines, to determine if a non-profit organization like a church comes up to the mark of legal authority.
Ask these questions when seeking ordination, whether it's free or you have to pay for it, from landed or online or mail order churches. If you make a website and offer ordination that does not make it legal. If you call your website a church that won't make it a church or religious website unless you follow certain events or rules. It's the formal organization behind a website that creates the legality of the website or the mail order house. Additionally, you should look at the obvious questions like Can we contact the Home church or are there only voice mail and e-mail contact links?
Let us look at the 14 IRS guidelines and compare them to the websites and mail order houses before we assume something and then make the wrong choice.
Guideline 1: A distinct legal existence:
Does the church have an actual physical presence managing the website? Is the organization a real one or a kitchen table business which sells religious privileges and products? Does the church have an actual physical address? Can its members visit and worship God in the church? Saint Michael's church is a physical church headquartered in His rectory (until the Castle/Cathedral is built) that has worship services at regular times. Our church is registered legally with the County and you can visit daily by appointment.
Guideline 2: A recognized creed and form of worship:
Your organization or website must provide a form of creed. If you claim all faiths, you must worship within any of them on a regular basis. Saint Michael's church is an Orthodox Catholic church and we base our beliefs on the Catholic Mass creed and the Holy Bible and the teachings of the Orthodox Catholic Church founded by God Himself, Jesus Christ.
Guideline 3: A definite and distinct ecclesiastical government:
Does the church's Board control the church's operations, or do one or two people sell goods with little else having to do with religion or worship? A lot of web sites are owned by a few people who don't care whether or not they do anything besides making money and pretending to authority. Our Board (Chairman Yahweh God The Father, Vice-Chairman Jesus Christ God the Son, President Father Saint Michael Jesus the Archangel, Vice-President Blessed Virgin Mary Michelle,Treasurer Sophia, Secretary Mary Magdalen) controls Our Church's operations.
Guideline 4: A formal code of doctrine and discipline:
Are the website's statements of faith vague and nothing else? If the website ordains you, does it have ongoing forms of training or guidance after ordination? Saint Michael's church gives freely online training articles as well as guidance by email, phone and fax. We don't just ordain you and then forget about you.
Guideline 5: A distinct religious history:
Saint Michael's church can trace its origins with apostolic succession of Catholic bishops all the way back to Christ and the Apostles just as can all Orthodox and Catholic churches. Guideline 6: A membership not associated with any (other) church or denomination: Sometimes a lot of people join several organizations, but you need to ask this question. We are separate and distinct as a church, but we are in communion with the larger Church, the Orthodox and Catholic Church, but we don't demand that you quit one church to join us because we are working ecumenically to unite the churches, Orthodox, Catholic and Protestant because this is what the Bible prophesies will happen.
Guideline 7: A complete organization of ordained ministers ministering to their congregations:
This does not mean that when you are starting out you must have a full-blown organization right away, but the website or church must keep complete records that are verifiable. The organization must keep the records clear of multiple requests by individuals and also verify the individual requests. Saint Michael's church maintains a complete record of all official members and those ordained in the present and the past to verify their ministerial credentials. Additionally Saint Michael's church offers a volunteer minister's registry published on request in Book format to serve members in places that request such publications.
Guideline 8: Ordained ministers elected after completing prescribed courses of study:
Ask if the website or church elects members as clergy or simply send them a certificate? Saint Michael's church gives training and additional optional study courses for our members, but elects the individual through their statement of faith in the Orthodox Catholic church, the Holy Bible and the teachings of the greater Church. Saint Michael's church suggests that all priests and priestesses continue studies after ordination so they can better serve those who seek them out.
Guideline 9: A literature of its own:
Has the website or church a textbook of that church? Is there additional material available specific to the church beyond credentials? Saint Michael's church because it is ecumenical suggests for reading any good books created specifically by Saint Michael, especially the Holy Bible which He inspired as the Logos or Written Word of God through the prophets as well as any material that does not contradict the Holy Bible or the teachings of the greater Church.
Guideline 10: Established places of worship:
Does the website or church have an established place or places of worship, or do they bounce around offering minimal forums and webservices so that you can't find them when you need them?
We offer services, that is, Masses, daily temporarily here in the Rectory until Our Castle/Cathedral is finished. Guideline 11: Regular congregations:
Has the website or church a regular congregation or only a list of names seeking ordination? Does the church meet regularly in person or only as members of forums? At Saint Michael's we have a chapel for regular worship services. We are a full service church created to share our faith in all ways not proscribed by the Holy Bible.
Guideline 12: Regular religious services:
This is a very important issue with the IRS (which We do not recognize as the IRS is an illegally constituted organzation which persecutes religion and is not even a government organization) they would not have emphasized it by repetition. Does the website or church hold regularly-scheduled services? We hold daily Mass at Saint Michael's and also say Mass by appointment.
Guideline 13: Sunday Schools for the preparation of its priests and priestesses:
While Sunday School is a Protestant tradition, and we are not Protestant, we offer training in our fax, correspondence, phone and online seminaries for training our priests and priestesses. Saint Michael's church offers studies both before and after ordination though we do not demand that any priest or priestess use these services. It is Us, God who give true faith and man's training is simply programs of man to serve man. We have particular books for training in Scriptural knowledge and service.
Guideline 14: Schools for religious instruction of the young:
Does the site provide instruction for the young or school in which to offer such? Saint Michael's church offers religious instruction for youth through their parents where their instruction belongs. This is a prime tenet of our faith and rightly so when we see how public education has demoralized our society and contributed to the loss of faith in both parents and children. So we believe not only in home schooling, but also that parents are the best instructors of their own children so that their education is not usurped by godless, amoral and socialist schools.
If you've read this material up to here, you're now aware that Saint Michael's church complies with all 14 guidelines as to the legal establishment of a church. Not only does Saint Michael's church meet all of the 14 guidelines, but works to surpass them through a growing array of services and spiritual products.
Do other websites and churches comply? Are they really churches as they claim in their online statements or do they just want your money? When you tried to reach them did they have a real phone number or just voicemail with your message not being returned? Did they give you additional contact numbers or methods or only a vague email? Do you find real information to give you guidance or just a few pages that don't say anything important and a catalog not relevant to your life? Are they in the ministry to promote the faith or just to avoid taxes? Do they give you help without insisting on payment or do they make you order from their catalog to be eligible for their service?
Since We, God, call people individually by giving you faith through grace and ordain you freely as a result of that God-given faith, why do some men insist on payment for what We give freely? Which is not to say that you should not tithe to your pastor because My word also teaches tithing and that the workman is worthy of his wage, and pastors are included of course in the group workmen. Saint Michael's church's ordination as Catholic ordination is valid all over the world as the Catholic or Universal church is recognized all over the world. Our ordination does NOT cost anything although those seeking ordination from Us will have to buy the books for your training in the priesthood or priestesshood.

Your church cannot be set up for inurement. That means you can't give money to private individuals except as compensation for their services. Priests, priestesses and ministers can also receive love offerings, and the Tax Court has ruled that love offerings are not taxable to ministers.
