"Foreign" German Westminster Clock

This clock was a lucky find at a local pawn shop. It is currently not in use, because it keeps stopping. I believe it needs new springs. This is my nicest sounding westminster clock.

Although the clock is not marked, except for "Foreign" on the dial, I have compared it with other clocks, and I know this one was made by Urgos.
