Seth Thomas "Sentinel No 4" Clock

This clock was in desperate need of restoration. The top had been smashed-in, and badly repaired. I redid the repair and smoothed out the top as much as I could. I finished the clock with black acrylic paint, then several coats of shellac, and then a final polish. Unfortunately, due to changes in temperature, the filler I used now has a small crack where the top was filled. I will use something else next time. Maybe a glue and fine sawdust mix. The crack is not too bad, however, and isn't visible where I have the clock.
