E.N. Welch Mantle Clock

This was a lucky find from eBay. Usually these types of clocks are pretty pricy, but this one was cheap. It had all the parts, and was sold "not working". I managed to get it running, but it's very finicky, and will stop every-so-often.

The clock is a wooden cased 8-day time and strike. It's made by the E.N. Welch Clock Co Forestville Conn. The gong on this clock, despite my attempts to adjust it, is barely audible. It's a very low, and deep gong.

This clock has been sold. It's no longer part of my collection, but I will keep the photos and info available here.
