Lemon Ham Steaks

1/2 cup honey
3 tblsp. dijon style mustard
1 1/2 tblsp. lemon juice
3/4 tsp. grated lemon peel

1 lemon thinly sliced
2 smoked ham boneless center slices, each cut about 3/4 inch thick (about 1 lb. each)
 
1- Preheat broiler. In small bowl, combine first 4 ingredients. Cut lemon slices in half; set aside. This will be your glaze.
2- Place ham slices in large broiling pan. Broil 2 minutes, brush with some of the glaze and broil 5 minutes more. Turn and broil 2 or 3 minutes.
3- Arrange lemon slices on steaks; brush with rest of glaze; broil 5 minutes more or until glaze is bubbling and steaks are heated through.
