Swiss Cheese and Tomatoe Bake

4 cups crouton
2 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
3 eggs

1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

1- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange croutons in 9 inch pie plate. Top croutons with tomato slices; sprinkle with shredded Swiss cheese.
2- In small bowl with fork or wire whisk, beat remaining ingredients; pour over cheese.
3- bake 40 minutes or until puffy and browned. Serve immediately.
