These are both pictures of my great grandmother,

Sophronia McAvoy Fidler
(1872 - 1947)

on the left at about age 13
and on the right at about age 18

Er, supposedly...

I've never been positive about the one on the left... With the picture on the right I'd say there's no question as the resemblance is unmistakable with pictures of Sophronia later in life (example 1, example 2).

So, is the girl on the left really Sophronia as well?
