OK, so you have looked around the site a bit and your ready to get more serious. Your convinced this will be great in your establishment. But what's involved in renting one of these snowmen? The following is a list of what to expect.

1) An appointment with us to come visit you at your establishment.

We would like to get to know you a little bit better and I'm sure you would like to get to know us a little bit better. Not only do we have an extra ordinary Christmas display, but we bring to the table a whole set of business skills. Having eight years of contracting experience, we are well versed in handling customer concerns, warranty issues, meeting deadlines, following purchasing procedures(etc.). We want to make sure that when you commit to renting a snowman that you can feel confident in receiving what you expect. Also, the opportunity for us to tour your site can be very valuable in determining the most appropriate area to set up a snowman. In the contact section you can reach us in a number of ways. 2) Pricing.

We are currently renting our 12' tall snowman for $9,500. This entitles you to 3 months of rental time, delivery, setup, shutdown and removal of snowman from your property. A typical rental situation would be to deliver and set up a snowman sometime in November and shutdown and pickup sometime in January. Although Christmas is our main rental season, we do rent during other times of the year. Contact us to make arrangements. All rentals come with a rock solid guarantee. If our product fails in any way, mechanical failure or design failure, you will not be required to pay for it, period.

3) Reserve your snowman rental.

At this point we are going to request a written, signed purchase order or a $2,000 non-refundable deposit. This will ensure that you have secured your rental for the Christmas season.

4) A call from us mid-year.

Normally we attempt to rent all available snowmen early in the year. Around August we will give you a courtesy call to confirm the rental, times and price. The purpose of this call is to instill confidence for both parties. It is to make sure that we are all still "on the same page" and that everything is proceeding as planned.

5) Delivery of snowman to your site.

We will call ahead to confirm delivery time. Then we will deliver and set up snowman to it's final position. Then we will start it up and insure that it is running properly. We will also give you our 24hr emergency phone number in case you have any problems.

6) Pick up snowman at the end of rental period.

Again, we will call before arriving to make sure pick up time is still appropriate. Then we will remove the snowman from your premise and onto our trailer. At this time we give you the opportunity to reserve for next Christmas. Any current renter will always have the first opportunity to reserve for the following season. Also we would like to have a quick closing interview with you about the rental experience.
