Swindle was born from the new ROTF deluxe Ratchet mold. I removed the giant feet and replaced them with moderate sized ones from a M.A.R.S. figure, used a movie scout dunebuggy head, and the main cannon from a House of M Iron Man. He was designed much like the Animated Swindle being a Hummer and adding the chest/shoulder cannons from various fodder parts.
