This is my wife's car I haven't had to do much to it to keep it running and has turned out to be very dependable. The only modifications I have done so far here is putting in a K&N air filter which did make a large difference in how it ran. Eventually I will get around to doing the 5 speed conversion she wants. The real project part of this besides the tranny conversion is fixing the rest of the deer damage on the front fender, replacing the headlight assembly was pain enough for me.
This is "The Bird" as we call it, if you look closely it thinks it is a predatory bird, it attacked a deer with the front left fender.
"The Bird" as we have come to call it has been a royal pain. I have had to replace the throttle body gasket, valve cover gaskets and various other gaskets and parts. The Bird has also been repainted and is in the process of being repainted again (Can't keep the woman happy). There is also some front end damage that I caused on a really bad day. The fender needs to be replaced, got a new one, the nose cap and impact bar need to be replaced as well. New pictures soon.
