There is a point in the game where Noishe's true origin is explained... some day, he will evolve into a human form, but with my experience with the game, there's no way to actually see it. Poor Lloyd is convinced Noishe is a dog. So... he's my interpretation of Noishe's human form, with long hair, jewelry all over, and... a tail.
