Zodiac signs: Leo and born in the year of the Dragon. I think that's funny. Both lions and dragons are all powerful and leaderlike and stuff, but I'm neither of those. I'm a big wimp.
Pets: A parakeet named Tiki, who I'm absolutely in love with. He looks green but is actually aquamarine, making him a semi-rare color. He was a birthday present when I turned 7... Parakeets are expected to live seven to ten years, but Tiki is nine years old and is just as perky and energetic as ever.

Favorite colors: Pink, white, and grey. I can't stand to color blue. Favorite foods: Feticcini alfredo... and Chinese food, yum. And pistachio pudding, and strawberry cheesecake. Funny, 'cause I don't have much of a sweet tooth. I don't really like chocolate. And I hate spicy food, too.
Favorite ice cream flavors: Pistachio, strawberry cheesecake, mint chocolate chip, pina colada.

Favorite artists: Kosuke Fujishima (Ah! My Goddess! and the Tales series), Matt Holmberg (Magi-nation), Jhonen Vasquez (several comics and Invader ZIM), and Frank Cho (Liberty Meadows and other comics) all inspire me. I also am a big da Vinci fan, I love Rennaisance art.
Favorite authors: Douglas Adams (Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy), R.A. Salvatore (Legend of Drizzt), Ray Bradbury (classic science fiction), Isaac Asimov (classis science fiction), Robin McKinley (Beauty). I also like Gene Weingarten, who is a humor writer for The Washington Post. He's extremely funny. Favorite kind of music: Techno, because I'm a nerd. Paul Oakenfold and Daft Punk are the greatest... But I'm also known to listen to Linkin Park, Enya, U2, Eve 6, KoRn, Green Day, Sum-41, SR-71, and some of Slipknot...
Afraid of: Needles, guns, and spiders! ...But only the really big hairy ones. The smaller, spindly ones are okay. I'm also scared to death of antique stores... There's always those mannequins with fingers or limbs broken off, or the paint on their eyes chipped off, and old dolls that are all scary and stuff. Scares the bajeezus outta me, so you'll never see me near an antique store.
Some thoughts on anime/manga: Taking Japanese class has led me to the conclusion that most anime sucks. Don't get me wrong, once you find something cool, it can be pretty awesome, but the majority of stuff out there is just awful.
Anything else?: I'm a vegetarian... and I never wear long sleeves. Anything close fitting, or covers my elbows, I find it very uncomfortable. I'm serious! Oh, and the opposite goes for pants... I never wear shorts, because I'm so uncomfortable if my knees are uncovered. Is that weird? That's weird, isn't it? Okay, so I'm weird.
