The Clash!!This web page is dedicated to my favorite favorite band of all time: the clash. For those of you who dont know, they were a british punk rock group (the real punk rock) around in the late 70s and early 80s. They sang about many controversial issues. Things that conerned Britan at the time.

This was perhaps one of there best albums. The album produced the great hit we know today as "london calling". The song was on the greatest hits album and still continues to play on the radio. |

This was their first album. In 1979 when this album was first released, they were still semi, underground. THe punk scene in the U.K. was rising and it wasnt un common to see someone walking down the street with a torn leather jacket from the 50s and some jeans. |

This was one of their later albums. They managed to stay fresh and out of the box for so long because they always came up with something new. It was never the same and monotonus guitar/bass/drums through the whole song. They varied the vocals. They had different rythyms. They even had some synthetic sound in some songs. They always cam up with something new and managed to likealbe. |
