Seals are an integral part of heavy machinery in any automotive or processing industry. Besides serving its primary function of joining two parts to together to prevent leakage from inside, a seal is deemed useful in a lot of ways in various applications. Applications with different conditions

Oil seals are available in a wide range of materials and all of them are used in different applications.

Some equipments exert high pressure and temperature. So seals that are made of UHMWPE or PTFE compounds are best for their applications. Applications that are hygienically sensitive

In food processing industry, applications are hygienically sensitive. So, in this case, wiper lips without indentations or undercut are preferred. Additionally, for fungicidal or bacterial effect TPU-based seals are most useful. This acts against the formation of bacteria cultures on the surface of the seal for a long time. It also prevents the seal material from decomposing.

Easy installation in equipments

The open groove in the equipment helps the NAK Oil Seal to be easily installed and removed. If the situation of seal replacement arises, then this work can be done without dismantling the cylinder or removing the piston rod. But the seal type must be known to do this task.
