Rentsource of Kansas City is not a trustworthy business. I called www.rentsourcekc.com asking about their service to assist find us a house to rent in Raymore MO.  I said I was interested in their services but told them I did not want to sign up unless they could before hand guarantee me that there were units in my price range, $800 and under in Raymore MO.  They guaranteed me that there were several three-bedroom houses in Raymore in my price range. And they specifically said there was one at $650.  I signed up and there were NONE under $800 in Raymore.  I called them back within a couple of hours and complained.  The service rep found none then either. The $650 was in KC.  I wanted Raymore, not KC. The gentlemen only told me to increase my price and I would find some.  They lied to me that there were rentals available within my price range.

He also told me to check back another day because they are updated daily. Their sales people probably are taught to lie to get people to sign up.  I NEVER found any in my price range. A day or two later I sent an email asking for a refund.  I got no reply.  A couple days later I phoned them and I was told them manager would call me back within 48 hours.  72 hours later he had not called.  I sent another email and they refused to refund.   How many people have they robbed this way?
