The state's Division of Justice reverses course, stating accredited farmers can produce CBD essential oil and other products formulated with CBD. The change employs Attorney Standard Brad Schimel attained this week with industry staff, lawmakers and the state's agriculture section.
Governor Scott Walker legalized hemp farming by putting your signature on legislation in November.
