Steve currently serves as the Director of Career Development at Saint Joseph College where he assists students and alumnae/i with determining career interests, career planning, resume writing, interview coaching and job search planning.
As a career consultant in private practice Steve specializes in working with a wide range of clients from those in career transition to coaching professionals in insurance, law, banking, construction, sales, manufacturing, education, healthcare and human services. His coaching helps clients develop strategic career plans to position them to achieve the next level of their career. His business experience spans over 25 years having worked for several major insurance companies in various line, staff and managerial positions.

Steve is a Career Management Fellow. He received his MBA from Anna Maria College in Worcester, Massachusetts and his Bachelor of Science Degree in Management from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth. Additionally, he is also part of the adjunct faculty at Saint Joseph College and Eastern Connecticut State University where he teaches at both the undergraduate and graduate level.
He is a member of the American Counseling Association, National Career Development Association, Connecticut Career Development Association and the Connecticut Counseling Association.
