Cooperative Project
Third Grade
Direction for the project:
• After watching the video, brainstorm with your group ideas of what you could do if you made a million.
• Create a 3 slide PowerPoint as a group.
• Slide one is the title slide with the name of the project and your group’s name, be creative.
• Slide two lists 4 things you might do with your money. Use pictures of things you want to buy. Search online for prices. How much will you spend? Total it up. What would you do with the rest of the money?
• Slide three lists things you could do to earn the money.
• Investigate 2 of the Websites.
• Each group member will write out an opinion sheet about the 2 websites you visited. Use the website evaluation form first, then list what you liked and disliked about the site. What did you learn?
