It is just seconds after Jason Talbot and Jason Wrights win on Battlezone over Carolyn Baker and Morgan Simmons and Jason Talbot has rushed backstage and grabbed his belongings from the locker room without talking to anyone. Jason looks to be in a hurry as he walks down the halls again towards the parking lot of the London Arena.

As he hurries down the halls he is met by Mitch Weinberg who attempts to interview him.

Mitch: Jason, can we have a quick word with you about tonight's match? You seem to be in a hurry to get out of here tonight what is going on?

Jason rushes past him as if he does not see him however Mitch follows him in an attempt to get an interview with the UK native.

Mitch: Jason, what do you think about the match the MWA have just announced on their website that will happen next week, in which you will be competing in the main event of Battlezone in your home country of Northern Ireland?

Jason stops dead in his tracks and swallows hard before turning to Mitch. It has long been a dream of Jason Talbot's to main event a show in his home country however the MWA have never been to Northern Ireland before. They have only ever been down south as the Northern Ireland folk call it to the Republic of Ireland and the city of Dublin.

Jason: First of Mitch, I have no comment on the match right now, and it is none of your business as to where I am going in such a rush.

Mitch: Well, what are your thoughts on the big main event just announced on the MWA website for next weeks Battlezone in Belfast Northern Ireland.

Jason looks at Mitch puzzled, this is the first he is hearing anything about a match next week, it is also the first Jason has heard that the MWA will be in Northern Ireland, something Jason has lobbied hard for every time the MWA goes on its over seas European tour.

Jason: What main event Mitch? Does it look like I have my fricken' Laptop with me? Does it look like I know what has just been announced on the website?

Mitch: Well Jason, next week in Belfast, you will be facing Kacy Knight in the main event for the MWA World championship.

Jason looks at Mitch surprised for a few seconds. A title shot in his own home country against his friend and stable mate Kacy Knight. This is something he has dreamed off since he was a child watching wrestling on TV on Saturday afternoons.

Jason: I get a title shot against Kacy, in the main event in Northern Ireland.

Mitch: Yes, it was announced tonight on MWA-Online.net.

Jason: Well, Thats all and well Mitch, I am grateful for the opportunity but I really do not have the time to stand here and talk to you about next week when I have urgent matters to attend to right now.

Jason goes to walk away again but Mitch asks Jason a question that really eats away at him.

Mitch: What would you have to say to those who are already saying that this match is only being given to you because you are from Northern Ireland? And under any other circumstances you would not be getting this opportunity.

Jason's face, which is already not showing the happiest of expressions goes bright red with anger, for a few seconds he thinks about grabbing Mitch by the neck and pushing him against the wall. But Jason thinks better of it as he does not want to jeopardize his shot next week. Jason will have a lot of screaming fans cheering for him next week no matter what he does in the MWA and this is a dream come true. So putting his hands on a staff member could get him suspended and will disappoint thirteen thousand screaming Northern Irish fans.

Jason: Listen Mitch, the fact this match is in Northern Ireland does not take away from the fact I deserve this shot. For once management have done something right and taken notice of me and what I can do.

Jason pauses for a few seconds, the look of intensity shows through. Emotions are running high in Jason right now and not just because he is getting a title shot in his home country but also due to a rather disturbing phone call he got from Beth, the girlfriend and former MWA interviewer concerning her husband to be, and former MWA wrestler Steven Talbot.

Jason: I am a former two time Heritage Champion, a former Tag team champion. A former Millennium champion and a former Legacy champion. I am one title away from joining an exclusive club of MWA Grand-slam champions.

Mitch: Well that may hold true Jason, but do you not feel Jackson deserves the opportunity ahead of you as he is the former world champion who lost their title at War-games, and event where you didn't even get into the final seven.

Jason: Mitch, Jackson is a one time wonder. He has taken short cuts his entire life to get to the top, he proved that when He and his little bitch Ryann Hardy attacked Truth and I from behind over and over until they skipped the Que of waiting tag teams who deserved the shot at us for the titles and took advantage of a team that was not at full strength.

Jason swallows hard thinking back to Jackson and Hardy attacking Truth and himself after a hard fought title defence against CJ Osborne and Carolyn Baker last year. So many teams where lining up to get their match against Jason and Truth and by attacking from behind they cut in line hoping to get noticed, and somehow it worked. Something to this day Jason is still bitter about.

Jason: He does not deserve a rematch because he never deserved his title shot in the first place for any of the titles he has won. Mitch, I really do not have time to stand here and talk to you, I have a flight to catch.

Jason turns to walk away but again Mitch calls him back.

Mitch: Jason, Jason... one last question, where are you going?

Jason gives out a half smile and a small chuckle before turning back to Mitch one last time to answer his question.

Jason: I'm going home Mitch!

Jason turns and walks away, turning the corner he comes to the entrance to the parking lot and he approaches his rental car. Opening the trunk, or boot as it is called here in the United Kingdom Jason throws his bag in and closes it. As he closes the trunk he hears a very familiar voice.

Voice: Is it true?

Jason turns around to see Truth standing in front of him. Truth has not been seen for many weeks in the MWA since Jason Wright, Gabe Gambino and Jason Talbot beat down he and Ryan Tyler backstage on Battlezone. Jason's first thought is Truth wants some revenge for that incident.

Jason: Look, I really don't have time for you right now Truth. You and I can deal with our problems some other time but right now I have to get home in a hurry and people like you and Mitch are really starting to annoy me with your constant ramblings designed to hold me back.

Jason turns away but what comes next from The Truth's mouth really surprises Jason.

Truth: Right now I don't give a damn about what has been going on between us, I just want to know if it is true about Steven.

Jason snaps at hearing Truth mention his brothers name Despite Jason and Truth having their problems Steven has stayed out of it completely as he wants nothing to do with their problems as Jason is his brother and Truth is his friend. He refused to take sides. Something Jason understood but right now any mention of his brother will set him off. Jason turns back to Truth and gets in his face snarling at him.

Jason: Your the fucking Truth, you tell me if it is true or not!

Truth: Jason, I really do not know what is going on. Steven is my friend and I am worried about him. Is it true he is in hospital?

Jason: Alright Truth, No one knows right now as to what is going on. All I know is, that after the incident on Saturday night Steven was not feeling well and collapsed and was taken to the Royal Victoria hospital where he has been since.

Truth: Jason, just so you know. I will be going to see him, our problems aside Steven is a very good friend of mine.

Jason nods his head, he can't stand the sight of the Truth and can't stand what he has become as of late since the Illuminati disbanded but personal feelings aside Steven will need both his brother and best friend there for support to get him through whatever is going on.

Jason: Alright, I am heading back to Belfast right now, I have a Jet waiting for me at Gatwick airport Get in, you can come with me if you want to come and see Steven. I don't like you, and we have are problems but right now Steven will need support from both of us. I suggest we put our problems aside for the time being for Steven's sake.

Truth: Agreed, but Jason.. know this, once this is all sorted with Steven I am coming to settle the score with you, we have a lot of things that need sorted one way or another and you have a lot to answer for. And to be honest, I hope you win that belt next week because there is nothing more I would like than to take it away from you as the ultimate revenge. Until then though, consider it put to the side.

Jason stares blankly at the Truth for a few seconds before walking to the driver side door and getting into the car. Truth gets in the passenger side and the car speeds of into the night. Jason Talbot is going home. Home to his brother, home to his family and home to win the MWA World championship from Kacy Knight in his own home country of Northern Ireland and a place Jason knows very well in Belfast.

Later that evening.

The flight from London to Belfast was only an hour long, but it felt like an eternity to Jason Talbot. Truth and he didn't talk the entire time and Jason found himself trying hard to not think the worst about Steven until he got there and heard for himself what exactly was going on. And in trying to do so Jason Talbot's mind wandered to the title match that he will have on Battlezone against his stablemate Kacy Knight.

Talbot knows Kacy well, the pair have fought many times and only once has Talbot emerged the victor. That was back in 2006 in their first ever meeting which was for the GWE World championship, however the victory came at a price. Talbot won the match but did not win the title, A team known as Evoked jumped Talbot from behind causing a disqualification and in doing so Kacy retained the title.

But Jason has come along way from that kid who fought Kacy that night in the GWE, where Jason was only a rookie back then he is now a well established star in the biggest wrestling company in the world, the MWA.

It was actually Kacy who brought Jason to the MWA and he will always be thankful for that. Kacy brought Jason in as the forth member of the New Wave Alliance that already had Kacy herself, as well as Lien and CJ Osborne as members. Jason however soon turned on Kacy, she had provided him with the opportunity to make it in the big time where as before he was competing in bingo hall federations that had no real appeal apart from a few hardcore fans.

Jason knows that Kacy is one dangerous bitch, she has proven this time and again. Jason and Kacy patched things up a year later and Talbot represented Kacy in a match against CJ Osborne's hand picked enforcer, another person Jason knows very well.. Gabe Gambino.

In Jason's mind this group of people will always be intertwined together where ever they go in the world considering the history they all have together. Kacy shocked the world by framing CJ Osborne for the brutal beat downs that where happening to Jason last year, however upon turning on Lien during a match against the Talbot's Kacy revealed that all along it had been her, something that Jason swore revenge on.

Kacy had become an uncontrollable beast by this stage, whatever was put in her way was ripped apart. Sierra, Jackie Sweets, Steve Pinex... they all fell foul of Kacy Knight along with countless others. But her most vicious attack to date was on Jason Talbot himself where she battered him senseless forcing Talbot out of wrestling for nearly four months with a knee injury.

Jason became a different man during this time off, he was bitter to Kacy at first but over time when everyone seemingly had forgotten about him, Jason Talbot realized deep down that Kacy was doing the right thing all along and he returned to join Kacy and Gabe Gambino.

Jason remembers how unstable it was at first and how Kacy did not trust him and told him he needed to prove himself to her, and that very same night Jason Talbot walked out the new Heritage Champion after pinning the dream lover Jackie Sweets.

Jason is actually in his mind looking forward to stepping into the ring with Kacy once again, Kacy is the person who brings the best out in Talbot when he competes with her, it almost becomes a game of getting one over on the other. But this time it will be different, this time Kacy will walk into the fire and get burnt worse than she ever has before.

Because Belfast, Northern Ireland will have twelve thousand screaming fans all cheering for Jason to win the title. It is something Kacy in Jason's mind, can not and never will be able to get herself ready for. The fans are will be wanting blood in this match, and it would not be the first time blood has been spilled between these two.

In Jason's mind he knows Kacy will do everything to spoil the homecoming party. She will be desperate to retain her World Title as much as Jason is to win that title for the first time, and what better place to win the title for the first time than in a place he calls home.

Home is a place Jason Talbot has never competed for the MWA so to compete in Belfast for the first time and win the title for the first time will be a dream come true for Jason, a dream that started as a five year old child who one day wanted to become a wrestler. A dream that is now in reaching distance for Jason Talbot. It seems like fate is on his side... it seems like destiny will unfold on Battlezone when it airs live from Belfast.

Jason Talbot owes a lot to Kacy Knight, she was the one who got him here, she was the one who looked out for him and more importantly she was the one that made Jason realize the person he needed to become to get opportunities such as this one right now that has presented itself to Jason.

The flight landed in Belfast late in the evening on a very cold and very wet night in Belfast. Jason and Truth where both taken by car to the hospital as soon as they landed. Still not a word has been muttered by either the entire time, the tension could be cut with a knife. As Jason and Truth walk into the hospital together they are met by Lucy who had stayed in Northern Ireland. Lucy gives Jason a hug and a kiss before looking to see Truth beside him.

Lucy: You two are not going to start fighting here are you?

Jason: No, we have put everything aside for now because we are both worried about Steven.

Truth: For once he is telling the Truth.

Lucy looks to Truth and then back at Jason before shaking her head while biting her lip.

Jason: What's wrong?

Lucy: I think you need to come up and let the doctors explain what is going on.

Jason and Truth look at each other, both with a worried look on their faces. If it was nothing serious she would tell them herself. The fact she wants the doctors to explain things sends a shier down both mens spines.

The pair follow Lucy up the stairs and down a series of hall and as they turn the corner they see Beth talking to a doctor outside Steven's room. Beth turns to Jason to show she is in crying and Jason puts his arms around her. After a few seconds she sees that The Truth is standing there also. Truth puts the arm on her shoulder to offer some comfort.

Beth: You two are OK? You are not going to start fighting are you?

Jason: no, not today.

Lucy: It's true, they have apparently put things aside for now.

Jason nods and then turns to the doctor who is stood in a white coat and has a clipboard in his hand.

Jason: Whats going on Doc?

The doctor stays silent for a few seconds as he looks down at his clip board before looking back up at Jason who has a very worried look upon his face.

Doctor: As you know, Steven was brought to us early Sunday morning after he collapsed, he was complaining of drowsiness and dizziness before being admitted.

Jason: He got a bang on the head Saturday night.

Doctor: Yes, we know about that which is why we did some scans on his head as soon as he was admitted. The results came back this evening and the scans show a shadow on the brain.

Jason swallows hard, he has heard this before eight years ago when his grandmother passed away. It is something Jason never wanted to hear again.

Jason: A brain tumour?

Doctor: We are not sure, we need to do some more tests on Steven and there is the possibility of exploratory surgery.

Jason: Was it caused by the bang to the head on Saturday night?

Doctor: No, the shadow looks to big, it would have been there before the incident you mentioned however the bang to the head could have sped up its growth.

Beth: He had been complaining of headaches for the last few weeks, it is why he was not drinking alcohol on Saturday night. I had put it down to stress from his time inside jail.

Jason looks at the doctor, he is really worried about his brother now. His grandmothers death from a brain tumour was a slow and painful one he had to watch unfold first hand. Hearing this could be the same thing his brother now has shook him to his very core.

Jason: Can we speak to him?

Doctor: I'm sorry, Steven is asleep and visiting hours are over. If you come back tomorrow after 9am you will be able to speak to him.

Jason sighs heavily, who does this man think he is telling him he can not see his brother. Jason's first thought is to push the doctor aside and barge into the room. However that would cause distress on his brother and could very well lead to Jason being once again arrested.

Truth: When do you plan on doing the exploratory surgery?

Doctor: Soon, we have more scans we are awaiting to come back to us tomorrow then a meeting will be set up to discuss further options.

Lucy: Jason, lets go home, you just had a match and came right back home, you look exhausted. We can come back tomorrow morning when you are fresh and the doctors will know more as to what is going on.

Jason: Yea, I guess.

Doctor: I would agree, go get some rest and come back tomorrow.

As the doctor walks away Jason looks into the room to see his brother lying asleep in the hospital bed. This shakes Jason hard and he begins to cry. Truth walks over to Jason and puts his hand on Jason's shoulder.

Truth: Steven is a fighter Jason, he always has been. He will pull through this.

Jason: I hope so, I can't watch him suffer... not like this, not again...

Lucy walks over and puts her arm around Jason to try and console him but it doesn't really work. Jason stares blankly at his brother without saying a word before turning and walking away.

Beth: Is he going to be OK?

Lucy: I hope so, his grandmother died eight years ago of a tumour so I think it has brought back many bad memories.

Beth: Yea, I can't imagine what is going on in his head.

Truth: Come on, lets go get some rest.

The trio walk away following Jason who is quite a few steps ahead of them Jason is an emotional wreck right now. How is he ever going to be able to concentrate on Kacy Knight and winning the world title now? It seems like it is not even important now in his mind. He wants to win the world title, he has nothing to lose going into this match. But in life he could lose a brother. Battlezone will be interesting this week. How will Jason cope with this real life trauma while going against Kacy Knight? Someone who knows how to exploit opponents weaknesses better than anyone else in the MWA.

Only time can tell.
