What is YSM?

It is a systematic, well structured Training Program consisting of the most
fundamental, selected, ancient, Yogic inputs about the nature of the mind - and of
the world - needed for discovering a pleasant and simple mastery over one's own life.


Who can learn it?
Anybody that believes in himself and cares for himself
and wants to avoid unnecessary struggle in living.


Any minimum qualification needed?
None.


What is the minimum age?
Anybody that attained the age of independent performance
can learn YSM. Those entering the teens will get tremendously useful inputs.


Can the children below teenage not be helped by YSM ?
Children are best helped by parents attending the YSM program.
If the parents attend the whole program, then it is enough.
In some cases we may need to work a few minutes with the child.


Does it help only those who believe in God and religion?
No. It helps anyone who cares for himself, believes in himself - whether
one believes in God as such like others or not.


Does it require a long period of sadhana for the results?
No.


Will I be dependent on the Teacher for applying YSM after the training?
No dependence. None. All the needed inputs are indeed given in the training itself.
But in order to solve some long standing complicated situations, one is encouraged to
draw from teacher's expertise, if one does not mind.

Can I get personal consultation with Dr. Bharadwaj?
Dr. Bharadwaj prefers to give personal time only for those who
attended the training session. That is your option that opens
after the the session is completed.


Does it require a lot of intelligence ?
Just the minimum common sense is enough.

Profile Of Dr. D. Bharadwaj


Dr.D.Bharadwaj is a Physician, a psychologist, an adept healer, a yogacharya, an academic, a scholar, an author, a journalist, a social activist and a trainer par excellence.A graduate in Naturopathy and a Post-graduate in Electropathy, he is well trained & qualified in several lines of  medicine like reflexology, acupuncture, magneto therapy, herbology, flower remedies of England and German biochemic remedies.

He had studied Dr. Bach deeply and over the years of practice with thousands of people, acquired a thorough mastery over the remedies. He applies the knowledge in the clinic and in counselling for psychological and behavioral problems. He feels that Dr. Bach's legacy has special relevance to those looking for inner Peace.
