Message for Parents

This special holiday activity is meant for children with food allergies, though adults may try it, too! Children can enjoy making allergen-free gingerbread "cookies," which make great magnets or ornaments. You can even make them to hang on doorknobs, use them as gift-tags...there are so many different ways to use them!
Print these activity sheets, and staple or paper-clip them together in order. Each person participating in the craft will need a copy of all three sheets, as well as the materials mentioned on each sheet. Something as silly-sounding as having a pair of scissors and glue bottle for each person will make the craft more enjoyable, and it will go more smoothly!
Important printing note: Before printing, go to your printing options (File: Page Setup) and set your printing margins at 0, or around there. You can check how the craft pages will print by looking under File: Print Preview in your browser. You may need to twiddle with the print margin allowance to get them to print nicely/completely, though they are intended to fit on one sheet per page, and will print this way with the options set correctly. In addition, you can select which pages you print in your print options. If you do not want the instructions right here, but only the activity sheets, indicate that you want to print pages 2-4.

Participate in FAST's "cookie exchange!"
Please feel free to send in clear (and low K) photos/scans of the cookies you and/or your children make. If sending in children's cookies, please indicate the children's names (or initials) and ages. If the cookies were made by an adult, don't worry, we don't need to know your age! It will be fun to see the many ways people make these allergen-free cookies.
