Hot Artichoke Dip



2-14oz cans water packed artichoke hearts
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 cup mayo
1 cup shredded swiss cheese
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
2 cloves whole garlic-minced

Drain artichokes and chop finely.
In medium size bowl combine artichokes with lemon juice, mayo, swiss, parmesan and garlic.
Mix until well blended and place in 2 shallow baking dishes (or 1 dish 8x12-inches).
Bake in 350*F preheated oven for 30 minutes until hot and bubbly. Serve hot with crackers.
