Chocolate Ribbon Pie

4 Points Per Serving



1 pkg (8oz) Neufchatel cheese, softened
1/4 cup sugar
2 Tbsp fat-free milk
1 container (8oz) lite whipped topping
1 (6oz) prepared chocolate crumb crust
2 PKGS (3.8oz each) fat-free instant chocolate pudding and pie filling
2 cups cold fat-free milk
Chocolate curls and raspberries, optional

In large mixing bowl beat cheese, sugar and milk until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread on bottom of crumb crust. In mixing bowl combine pudding mix with milk. Beat until smooth and thickened, about 2 minutes. Spoon over cheese layer, being careful not to let pudding run over sides. Chill 8 hour or overnight. Farnish with chocolate curls and raspberries, if desired.
