Triple Chocolate Streusel Brownies

3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) 60% vegetable oil spread, divided
1 cup granulate sugar
4 eggs
1 cup HERSHEY'S chocolate syrup
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour, divided
1/2 cup HERSHEY'S cocoa
3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
3/4 cup quick cooking rolled oats
1 cup HERSHEY'S reduced fat semi-sweet baking chips

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray 13x9x2-inch baking pan with vegetable cooking spray. Place 1/2 cup (1 stick) vegetable oil spread in medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at HIGH (100%) 1 minute or until melted; stir in granulated sugar. Add eggs, beating with spoon after each addition. Add chocolate syrup; stir until blended. Gradually add 1 cup flour and cocoa, beating with spoon until smooth. Pour batter into prepared pan. Prepare streusel for the top; in medium bowl, stir together brown sugar, remaining 1/4 cup flour, remaining 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) spread, oats and baking pieces until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over batter in prepared pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into bars, 36 bars.
