Chocolate-Covered Strawberry Smoothie
2 Points Per Serving
1 cup ice cubes
1 6-oz aspareame-sweetened double chocolate non-fat yogurt
1/3 cup low fat (1%) milk
4 large strawberries, hulled
Chill a tall glass by putting it in the freezer for at least 20 minutes (wrap in a napkin to keep your fingers from getting freezer-burned).
In a blender; combine all the ingredients; puree until smooth.
Pour into the tall, chilled glass.
