Easy Cod and Broccoli Skillet



1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 Tbsp. vermouth or other white wine
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 pkg. (12 oz.) Gorton's Fishmarket Fresh frozen cod fillets
2 Tbsp. chopped pimientos
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
Chow mein noodles

Rinse frozen broccoli under running cold water to separate; drain. Mix soup, wine and lemon juice in 10-inch skillet. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Add broccoli, frozen fillets, pimientos, salt and pepper.

Cover and simmer until fillets flake easily with fork, about 15 minutes.

Serve over noodles.
