Frozen Chocolate Brownie Pie

7 Points Per Serving



1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups brown sugar
egg substitute, equal to 4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup margarine, melted
1 quart nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt, softened
1 quart nonfat strawberry frozen yogurt, softened
3/4 cup lite chocolate syrup
Strawberries, optional

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Coat 9" springform pan with nonstick cooking spray. In bowl combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. In large mixing bowl beat sugar, egg substitute and vanilla until light and fluffy; slowly mix in margarine. Add flour mixture; combine. Spoon into prepared pan. Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, about 25-30 minutes. Cool on wore rack. Spread vanilla frozen yogurt over top. Cover with plastic wrap; freeze until firm, 1 hour. Remove plastic wrap; spread strawberry frozen yogurt over top. Recover with plastic wrap; freeze 8 hours or overnight. To serve, drizzle each slice with 1 Tbsp chocolate syrup. Garnish with strawberries, if desired.
