Cooking is not my favorite thing to do (I much prefer baking) although I must admit, what I do cook is good. I'll try to keep these recipes pretty basic (No Beef Wellington Here!) since so many of us just don't have a whole day to prepare a spread for the family. I'll even try to stay away from the frozen entrees~even if they have become a favorite of mine.
