Frosty Mocha Mousse

4 Points Per Serving



1 cup HERSHEY'S reduced fat semi-sweet baking chips
1/3 cup evaporated skim milk
2 tsp instant coffee powder
3 oz. nonfat cream cheese, softened
2 1/2 cups frozen fat-free nondairy whipped topping, thawed
Additional fat-free whipped topping

Place chips, evaporated milk and instant coffee in medium-microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at HIGH (100%) 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until hot and melted when stirred. Beat on low speed of electric mixer until smooth and thickened. Gradually add cream cheese, beating until well blended. Cool to room temperature; fold 2 1/2 cups whipped topping into chocolate mixture until well blended. Spoon into individual dessert dishes. Cover; freeze until firm, about 6 hours. Serve frozen, garnished with additional whipped topping.
