Stuffed Mushrooms Caesar

1 pound large fresh mushrooms
1/4 cup Italian or Caesar Dressing
1 cup soft bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 Tbls finely chopped parsley

Preheat oven to 350*.
Remove and finely chop mushroom stems.
In medium bowl, combine dressing, bread crumbs, cheese, parsley and chopped stems. Fill each mushroom with bread crumb mixture; place in shallow baking dish. Add water to barely cover bottom and bake 20 minutes. Serve hot or cold. Makes about 24 appetizers.
