Seasoned Parmesan Popcorn
1/4 cup margarine, melted
1 1/2 tsp mexican seasoning
2 qts. popped corn
1/2 cup (2 oz) 100% grated parmesan cheese
Mix together margarine and seasoning. Drizzle over popcorn; toss
until well coated.
Add cheese; toss to coat evenly. 2 quarts
VARIATION: Substitute 1 tsp coarse ground pepper and 1/2 tsp
garlic powder for Mexican seasoning.
