1 1/2 lbs. ground round
1/2 cup green bell pepper
1 cup ketchup
1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 Tbsp. yellow mustard
1/4 tsp. black pepper
8 (1 1/2 oz.) reduced-calorie whole-wheat hamburger buns
1 chopped onion
8 oz. can low-salt tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. dark brown sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. low-salt worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Spray a nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray; place over medium-high heat until hot. Add beef, onion and bell pepper; cook until beef is browned, stirring to crumble. Drain in a colander; set aside. Wipe drippings from skillet with paper towel. Return beef mixture to skillet. Stir in tomato sauce and the remaining ingredients; cook over medium heat for 10 minutes or until slightly thick, stirring frequently. Spoon beef mixture evenly into buns.
