Chicken Waldorf Salad

6 Points Per Serving



2 apples-cored and diced
1 Tbsp lime juice
2 cups cooked chicken breast halves-diced
2 cups seedless grapes-halved
1/4 cup walnuts-chopped
1/4 cup nonfat sour cream
2 tsp reduced calorie mayonnaise
2 tsp dijion mustard
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
12 lettuce leaves

In large bowl, combine apples and lime juice; toss to coat. Add chicken, grapes, nuts, sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper. Toss to combine. Place lettuce leaves on plates, top with salad mixture.

Yield: 4 servings.
