Careful not to let her down
She might be the one 
See her rush and always run
To see me everyday
Dedication, straight priorities
Won’t ever let you fall
She values love above all

The day you met her
Your heart was thrown
Cross-stitched and sewn
To your thoughts to her heart
Admiration and love
Climbed up from inside
Where they could no longer hide

Find her feelings inside out
Without disturbance or pain
Or causing pounding, pouring rain
She’s the best you’ve seen so far
No need to look anymore
Your mouth hung open as you crawled
And she answered when you called

Don’t let differences block the way
Like so many relationships docked 
And anchored, rolled and rocked
Without a doubt unwanted
Treat her fair and treat her right
You need her more than water
She deserves more than what you bought her

If the doorbell rings, it must be her
funny how you know her ring
that special sense, a special thing
continue on and make it last
and place her feelings first on the list
you entered this thing pondering
there's no more need for wandering
