Living is not enough," said the butterfly, "One must have sunshine, freedom, and a little flower".

Home is where my garden is.
An Hour in the Garden Puts Life's Problems in Perspective.
From the earth we came, and to the earth we shall return, and in between we garden.
Weed'em and Reap.
I live in my own little world, but it's OK, they know me here.
Live Well, Laugh Often, E-Mail Much.
Women and cats will do as they please. Men and dogs had better get used to it.

Gardening Rule: When weeding, the best way to make sure you are removing a weed and not a valuable plant is to pull on it. If it comes out of the ground easily, it is a valuable plant.
Every morning is the dawn of a new error.
A conclusion is simply the place where you got tired of thinking.
Nature writes. Gardeners edit.

Autumn is a season followed immediately by looking forward to Spring.
What the large print giveth, the small print taketh away.
To plant a garden is to believe in tomorrow.
Green thumb? A real gardener's thumb is brown.
Daylily Ditty
Dayliles like fireworks
Bursting on high.
Daylilies like starbursts
In the July sky.
Starting out slowly,
One bloom at a time.
Charming me, teasing me,
One day at a time.
Then the Grand Finale,
Building in tempo.
Filling my eyes
With the final cresendo.
Alas, the Grand Finale,
It comes much too soon.
The last sparks fall and fade,
And leave me wishing for June.
