Past barn shows
April 24th
Ok this show was great the first bands did pretty good. The annoyance got the crowd jumping. The crowed knocked over every thing it was violent. Down and out played "Diamondale" it is simply the greatest funny song ever. Vulture Island did really good. It was a great style but I loved it when the girl was singing. That was the great time. Every one was excited to see Alien Genocide and it was well worth it. They played all great songs. The show was great because they played such a wide range of music. The greatest part was a tribute to GNR. (guns and roses, Dork). The first show ended up great but the question is......Where you there?
May 1st
Crazy. We all arrive at about 6 to look around the place and do some last minuet clean up when all of the sudden it starts to rain. Ok no big deal but then it starts to pour. At that moment the place looked like it was a waterfall. The water was coming directly through the side of the wall. We only have a little time till show time so Dan and Korey go home to try and get some gutters. While they are doing that I am out in the mud digging out about a foot of mud around the barn. We soon get that under control and then we need to go home to get cleaned up. We are late for Bens birthday party because of this. Then when we return we find out that 2 cars are stuck one of which was not going to come out. She was stuck down to the axel. JOEY CORR helped a lot and they did finnaly get her out. So the first band "voodoo Garden" Played they had a good set. They were a little late but it was ok. The next band TCW shows up and just leaves and ATE CRAYONS never shows up. (booking agents look out for these two bands) Since these bands didn't show The Annoyance decided to play. We warmed up for DEAD LOCK'd for a while. ( no one moved). Then came Dead lock'd. Everyone went crazy. The show was great. But it may have been one of the craziest nights of my life.
May 8th
This show was really good. All of the bands showed up. The first band "Lets form Voltrom" was really good they played kind of a short set. Youth society then played. They played good also. The music was good it just wasnt our style. Then came Malachi. They were great. A very powerfull set. Everyone was dancing and geting down. The show had improved a lot from the last time that I saw them. Bad Sushi was really good the songs were really popy and they even had a little swing. The drummer was crazy. Absolutly nuts. The show was definitaly a success.
