WarCraft II Bugs

The following bugs are bugs that are still in the game. Some of these bugs may help you and some are just worthless. You decide on which ones are good for you and which ones are not.

Lumber Bug

A very useful bug when playing on low resources. This bug gives you 100 extra lumber for building a Townhall and 125 extra lumber for a Lumber Mill. All you have to do to make this bug work is: Take a peasant and make that peasant take a whack or two at a tree and then build the Town Hall or Lumber Mill. You could also just right click a tree if you want and then build the Town Hall or Lumber Mill.

Oil Bug

A nice bug to keep your oil tanker safe :). This bug just involves you scouting around in the sea, then come back. If you have found an oil rig out in the sea you can tell if it is occupied or not by taking an oil tanker and click on the build oil platform icon. Then take the oil platform pic and move it to the oil spot, if the oil spot is taken the oil platform pic will be red if it isn't it'll be green. This bug can save you 400 gold and 200 lumber, for a lot of people who tend to guard their platforms.

Exorism/Farm Bug

This bug is just a screw up, all you do to make this bug work is cast exorism on a farm a lot of times, it'll eventually crash the game. This bug may have been fixed by one of the War2 patches.

Tree/Wall Bug

This bug is a very helpful one when looking for an enemy's base or expansion. All you have to do is scout the entire map or partial or whatever. Then you look at the trees, you will notice that they disappear sometimes and you see some tree leftovers. If that ever happens that means someone is in that area and then what you do is attack that area : ). This also works on walls, if someone builds a wall then you can see it being made through the fog. I think this happens because trees and walls are on nobody's side so that's why they appear or disappear. Walls usually help you, but they are considered neutral that's why you can't click on them : ).

Gold Bug

This bug doesn't really do much it only gives you 100 extra gold, to make this bug work you just right click a mine and then build a Townhall.

Crash Computer

This bug crash's your computer, all you do is ally with someone train a bunch of guys put them all in one area and let your ally do the same thing. Then you just unclick allies, hehehehe it's pretty funny what happens next, I guess this happens because too much things are going on and your computer can't handle it :).

Transport of Doom
- Well, this bug involves some time to take place before it will actually work. All you need to do is use a Death Knight and raise a dead guy from the dead and then place the skeleton in to a transport. Leave the skeleton in the transport and eventually the skeleton will reach 0 hit points. When this happens, the next thing you train or make will be inside the transport. I will try to get a screen shot pic of that on to this page when I have the time. It takes forever for a skeleton to die! Well, after the skeleton dies the next thing you train will be in the transport replacing the skeleton. Thanks to Bobbs for reminding me of this bug. I forgot all about this bug, and this bug is a pretty cool one.
"DECK ME OUT" Bug

I was playing a little cheats game that involved ships and I found that if you type "deck me out" the level upgrades for ships are a little messed up. The battleship is level 7 which is impossible for there are only 4 ship upgrades, the destroyer is level 7 which is also impossible, the transport is level 5 again impossible for the max for a transport is level 3, and the oil tanker is level 3! Man I wish I could upgrade my tankers! Click on the following links for some screenshots of the bizaar ship levels:
