The next day when Monica, Sarah, & Kylie didn’t show up at the studio everyone started to get worried. Since Brad & TJ both had a key, they decided to go see if the girls were ok. When brad opened Kylie’s bedroom door he noticed that she was still in bed and looking really ill. Brad then walked back into the living room where everyone was waiting. He looked at TJ and then at the floor as he spoke, softly. “Kylie’s really sick. She told me that Monica & Sarah are too.” TJ immediately ran to Sarah’s room to find her in the exact same condition as Kylie. Ryan had realized that Monica was staying with the girls and went searching for her, since she obviously wasn’t on the couch where she was sleeping. When he found her, she was laying on the bathroom floor and had obviously been throwing up. Tilky looked at Angela, who was holding hands with Stevie and asked. “Why aren’t you sick?” “Actually. I stayed out all night with Stevie.” Everyone’s eyes got huge as Clay stepped in. “You what? What did you two do all night? Where were you?” Stevie looked down at Angela and smiled as he replied. “Ok dad! We had dinner and then sat on the beach listening to the waves. That’s it.” Angela let out a sigh of relief that everyone was ok with it after that and Stevie never mentioned the ring. After all, she wanted them to notice and she wanted just the two to enjoy it for the time being. Everyone went back to their apartments while Brad, TJ and Ryan took care of Sarah, Kylie, & Monica and tried to figure out why they suddenly all got sick. A few hours had past when Ryan noticed a little black bug in a corner of each of the rooms. He remembered reading about the bug somewhere but he couldn’t remember. When he figured it out he came running into Sarah’s room. TJ was talking to Sarah and holding her hand. Then Ryan told TJ. “It’s the bugs. They’re African. The bugs migrate to America during the summer and let of a gas that makes people sick. Now how they got in is another thing.” All three guys then immediately got rid of each and every bug.
TJ insisted that Sarah & Angela stay with him and Stevie until he was sure that it was ok for Sarah to go back. That lasted about a week or two until Sarah had to finally say to TJ. “TJ, I’m going home. I don't want to leave you. But I want to sleep in my own bed and take a bath in my own tub. I’ll still wear your shirts bed and all but I need to be home. I love you and all but, no matter what you say, I’m going home.” And she did. When she left he was so upset that he just on the couch watching old movies. Well that is until Stevie remembered Sarah’s “dream date.” He immediately plopped down next to TJ and told him everything. “Ok see a little while ago I over heard Sarah talking about her dream date. She said that it didn’t really matter as long as you two were together. But she said that she’s always wanted to have the date where all it was you two going horse back riding on the beach at sunset and then walking barefoot on the beach, holding hands. She sounded like she wanted it bad, Teej. Try it. Who knows what will happen.”
