More Than Anything Chapter 1
Inspired by the song More Than Anything written by Hanson
Kylie and Sarah who are best friends and cousins, love everything that the other loves, including music. But they never seem to agree on who from the group was the hottest. Sarah always goes for the lead singer, Kylie finds herself drawn to the drummer. But anyway the story begins when Kylie had told Sarah the good news that Hanson, who is their all time favorite band, was going to have auditions for dancers. Since Sarah and Kylie weren’t half bad at dancing they thought, “why not, just to give it a try.” They decided to make up a dance to MMMBop since they heard it on the radio first. After three long weeks of practicing they were ready for the tryouts. They flew to Tulsa to try out and when it was their turn, they forgot everything they were going to do from all the tension and knowing Ike, Tay, and Zac would be watching! Kylie walked in first, saw Zac sitting there smiling at her and stopped. Sarah nearly ran into Kylie when she saw Tay sitting there. Ike jokingly asked them to come in and they could get it over with so they could breath again. Sarah laughed but Kylie was too busy starring at Zac to even hear Ike. Sarah pushed Kylie in the room and told Ike they were doing MMMBop. Ike looked impressed since no one else had done it. But they new they needed two songs so they also choose Poison Ivy. They started MMMBop and Tay had to nudge Zac a few times to get him to remember he supposed to be judging not drooling. MMMBop went fine and then Poison Ivy came along. Well that wasn’t as good they thought it would be but, they did ok. Ike took their phone number and addresses, for both home and the hotel, then told them they’d call them. The girls took that as an “You won’t be called” so they went back to their hotel room and nearly cried.
