Chapter 8 (More Than Anything)
“Hungry Tay?” Megan asked Tay half smiling. “Sort of. Why?” Tay looked a little confused at how Megan asked him that. “Just the way you said that you sounded really hungry.” Megan said as she looked at Kylie and started laughing. Zac looked at Kylie with a what’s up with you two look then turned to the window next to him, rolled down the window, and joking yelled... “Hey stud! Can I have one? I want two girls! No fair you always get the girls! I want some!!!” Of course Zac was acting as if he was going to cry... Big surprise! Tay looked in the rear view mirror at Zac and said “But aren’t you happy with Kylie? I mean you two are the most serious out of all of us!” Zac and Kylie both sank in their seats wanting to cry. “Are you guys ok?” Amy asked looking at them as if she had known what was going on. Sarah looked at Megan as she had wanted her to perish right in front of everyone because anyone could tell she liked Tay even though she was going out with Ike. But then Sarah realized who it was that helped her out with her Ryan and through a lot of other tough times, Megan. Though nobody had seen Sarah’s look she felt really bad and told Megan she was sorry. “Sorry? Why? What did you do?” Megan asked Sarah a little confused. “I’ll talk to you about it later.” Sarah said still ashamed. Megan looked at Tay and then at Sarah who was almost in tears and knew exactly what it was that had been bugging Sarah. “Umm guys we’ll be right back. Come on girls... we need to talk... bad.” The girls got out of the car, Ike got in and while the girls walked home talking about how they would never go after each other’s guys and how sorry they we’re if anyone thought they would (ya know girl stuff), the guys drove behind them wondering what the girls where saying.
